摘要:
基于国际和国内贫困标准线和不同灾难性医疗支出的界定标准，利用中国家庭追踪调查数据，测算消除CHE筹资需求及其减贫效果。结果显示，消除CHE对减贫具有显著效果，筹资需求取决于贫困标准和CHE标准的设定等因素；从筹资需求角度看，以消除贫困家庭的CHE为扶贫目标具有较强可行性。
