摘要:
采用文献研究法、访谈法和SWOT分析法，分析广州市儿童医疗服务体系目前面临的优势、劣势、机会和威胁，并提出相关建议：政府要重视儿童医疗保健体系，大力培养儿科人才，提高儿科诊疗费用，促进儿科医疗资源配置的公平和效率，并巧用医保杠杆，引导儿科分级诊疗。
