摘要:
通过对24部医疗纠纷防处地方法律文本进行实证分析，了解我国医疗纠纷防处地方立法现状，归纳特点、总结不足，提出我国医疗纠纷防处立法的建议，如提升立法层级、明晰相关概念、实行鉴定前置、第三方机构介入等，推动《医疗纠纷预防与处理条例》的早日出台并贯彻实施。
