摘要:

社会排斥是农村医疗制度困境在社会学上的根本原因，需要通过构建普惠性农村医疗体系加以缓解。农村医疗服务存在接触排斥、价格排斥、条件排斥和自我排斥，互联网技术对农村医疗的四种社会排斥现象产生影响。互联网农村医疗的法律治理应确立医疗公平、医疗安全和医疗效率原则，完善和丰富农村医疗服务市场，加强基础设施建设，提高农村医疗的集成效应，并形成相应的法律激励机制。

Abstract:

Social exclusion is the fundamental cause of rural medical system dilemma in sociology, which needs to be alleviated through the construction of inclusive rural medical care system. There are four social exclusion phenomena in rural medical service: contact exclusion, price exclusion, conditional exclusion and self-exclusion. Internet technology has an impact on the four social exclusion phenomena of rural medical treatment. During the process of legal governance of rural medical treatment, the principle of medical fairness, medical safety and medical efficiency should be established, the market of rural medical service should be perfected and enriched, the construction of infrastructure should be strengthened, and the integrated effect of rural medical treatment should be improved, thereby forming the corresponding legal incentive mechanism.
