摘要:
英国发布了应对抗生素耐药性五年国家战略，包括7个具体行动措施，以延缓抗生素耐药的发展和耐药菌的传播。本文对该战略的治理框架、组织架构、机构分工协作机制、跨部门协作方式、执行情况和具体治理措施进行了梳理，以期为我国参与全球卫生治理、发挥大国责任，以及《遏制细菌耐药国家行动计划（2016—2020年）》的顺利实施提供决策依据。
Abstract:
The UK has issued a five-year national strategy to address antibiotic resistance, including seven specific actions to delay the development of antibiotic resistance and the spread of resistant bacteria. This paper sorts out the governance framework, organizational structure, institutional division of labor, inter-departmental collaboration, implementation and specific governance measures of the strategy, in order to provide decision basis for China to participate in global health, fulfill its responsibility as a big power, and to smoothly implement the 《National action plan to curb bacterial resistance (2016-2020)》.
