摘要:
本文分析了慢性病健康教育的产品属性以及政府在慢性病健康教育中的责任和存在的问题。以糖尿病为例，建议政府完善流程设计，建立健全慢性病健康教育体系；完善医疗保障制度设计，加强医疗保险的资源配置和健康促进能力建设；利用信息化赋能，充分实现慢性病健康教育的公共产品属性；鼓励非公共产品形式的慢性病健康教育的生产，满足不同层次的需求。
Abstract:
This paper analyzed the product attributes of chronic disease health education and the government's responsibilities and problems in chronic disease health education. Taking diabetes as an example, it was recommended that the government should improve the process design, establish and improve the health education system for chronic diseases; improve the design of medical security system, strengthen the resource allocation and health promotion capacity building of medical insurance; and fully realize the public products of chronic disease health education by using informationization and empowerment Attributes; encourage the production of non-public product forms of chronic disease health education to meet different levels of demand.
