摘要:
近年来，患者安全已成为突出性全球问题。以英国、美国、德国、法国、澳大利亚等为代表的国家高度重视患者安全事件的防控及患者安全的法律规制研究，进行了诸多患者安全法律规制方面的实践，形成了不少有益经验，给予我国一些启示，如完善规范体系、设立规制机构、打造系统平台、夯实制度保障等。
Abstract:
In recent years, patient safety has become a prominent global issue. Countries represented by the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, France, Australia, etc., attach great importance to the prevention and control of patient safety incidents and the legal regulation of patient safety, and have carried out many practices in patient safety and legal regulation, and have formed many useful experiences. Some inspirations, including perfecting the normative system, setting up regulatory institutions, building system platforms, and consolidating institutional guarantees, may be good for China.
