摘要:
选取浙江省两家综合性三甲医院2017年出院患者的病案首页数据，以两院出院患者构成作为“公共标准”，采用直接标准化法进行两院之间住院均次费用的比较。结果显示，2017年，甲医院患者住院均次费用比乙院高2 950.7元；经病种标准化后，甲院住院均次费用仅比乙医院高244.7元。公立医院医疗服务评价指标存在可比性问题，经标准化后的医疗服务评价指标可以保证医院之间指标比较的客观性，对公立医院医疗服务评价具有积极意义。
Abstract:
The data of the medical records of the patients discharged from the three comprehensive tertiary hospitals in Zhejiang Province in 2017 were selected. The composition of the patients discharged from the two hospitals was taken as the “public standard”，and the direct standardization method was used to compare the hospitalization costs between the two hospitals. The results showed that in 2017，The average hospitalization cost of hospital A was 2 950.7 yuan higher than hospital B. After standardization of disease types，The average cost of hospitalization for hospital A was only 244.7 yuan higher than that of hospital B. There were comparability problems in the evaluation index of medical services in public hospitals. The standardized medical service evaluation indicators can ensure the objectivity of the comparison between hospitals and have positive significance for the evaluation of medical services in public hospitals.
