摘要:
按疾病诊断相关组付费作为一种预付制付费方式，是当前国际上应用较广的医院医疗费用支付方式。本文以英国、德国和美国为例，分析DRGs在医院医疗费用支付中应用现状，对医院费用支出水平及服务成效的影响进行探讨，以期对我国DRGs在医院医疗费用支付中的应用提供有益借鉴。
Abstract:
DRGs is currently the widely used hospital medical expense payment method. This article took the United Kingdom，Germany，and the United States as examples to analyze the application status of DRGs in hospital medical expenses payment，and to explore the impact of hospital expenditure level and service effectiveness，in order to provide useful reference for the application of DRGs in hospital medical expenses payment in China.
