目的：调查分析安徽省农村居民上呼吸道感染患者卫生服务利用与抗菌药物使用情况。方法：采用随机整群抽样方法选取调查对象，运用SPSS16.0软件分析调查数据。结果：75.8%的受访者在过去的一年患过上呼吸道感染，其中47.2%找医生就诊，32%自行购药或服药，8.8%采取自我保健，12.0%未采取任何措施。结论：是否就诊受居民特征因素影响，“需方”原因不是抗菌药物过度使用的主要原因，“供方”原因可能是优化抗菌药物使用的重点。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the utilization of health services and the use of antibiotics among patients with upper respiratory tract infection in rural residents of Anhui Province. Methods Random cluster sampling method was used to select survey objects and SPSS 16.0 software was used to analyze survey data. Results 75.8% of the respondents had upper respiratory tract infections in the past year，47.2% of them went to the doctors，and 32% bought medication from pharmacies，8.8% took self-care，and 12.0% took no measures. Conclusion That whether go to the doctors was affected by the characteristics of residents. Factors related to demand side were not main reasons for the excessive use of antibacterial drugs. To optimize the use if antibacterial drugs，we should attach more importance to supply side.
