摘要:: 目的：评估住院医师规范化培训经费支出状况，为完善经费补助政策提供参考依据。方法：问卷调查与相关人员深度访谈相结合，详细了解样本基地基本概况、经费使用情况及存在的问题。结果：住院医师规范化培训主要经费支出：平均每个基地基础设施建设支出1 422万元；设备购置支出676万元；带教费等日常教学活动支出每年约245万元；后勤保障支出中，住房补助标准每人每月400～600元，伙食补助标准每人每月100～600元；人员待遇支出每人每年5.76万～17.76万元。结论：住院医师规范化培训现有经费投入难以满足支出需求，各基地经费需求不同。建议政府部门适当增加财政经费投入，加强基地分类管理，建立差异化经费补助机制，同时培训基地需加强精细化管理，节省经费支出。

Abstract:: Objective To assess the status of resident doctors' standardized training expenditures and provide reference for improving the funding subsidy policy. Methods The questionnaire survey was combined with in-depth interviews with relevant personnel to learn more about the basic situation of the sample base， the use of funds and the existing problems. Results The average infrastructure construction expenditure per base was 14.22 million yuan；the equipment purchase expenditure was 6.76 million yuan；teaching expenses such as the daily teaching activities was about 2.45 million yuan per year；and the logistics support expenditure， the subsidy standard of housing was 400-600 yuan per person per month， the subsidy standard of food was 100-600 yuan per person per month，and the staff treatment expenditure was 57 600 yuan to 177 600 yuan per person per year. Conclusion The existing funding for resident standardized training is difficult to meet the expenditure needs，and the funding needs of each base are different. It is suggested that government departments should increase the financial investment， strengthen the classification management of the base，and establish a differentiated funding subsidy mechanism.At the same time，the training base needs to strengthen the refined management and save the expenditure.
