摘要:
医疗分享作为一种新型的医疗服务供给模式，对优化医疗资源配置具有重要意义。医疗分享在我国起步较晚，但是发展迅速，目前存在的主要问题是人才短缺、数据孤岛、医保体系尚未打通等。对此，需要推动医生多点执业政策落地，完善相关支撑体系建设，实现医疗数据和信息共享，并逐步将医疗分享纳入医保报销体系。
Abstract:
As a new type of medical service supply model，medical sharing is of great significance for optimizing medical resource allocation. Medical sharing started late in China，but it has developed rapidly. The main problems currently exist are shortage of talents，data islands，and that the medical insurance system has not yet been opened. In this regard，it is necessary to promote the implementation of doctors' multi-practice policy，improve the construction of relevant support systems，realize medical data and information sharing，and gradually incorporate medical sharing into the medical insurance reimbursement system.
