摘要:
公立医院医药价格改革对儿童专科医院运行造成了不小的影响，药占比逐年下降，收入结构发生变化，服务效率不断提高；但与综合医院相比，儿童专科医院的发展面临特殊的困难，改革并未达到预期目标。对此，要理顺医疗服务价格体系，建立科学系统的财政补偿机制，加强医院成本核算和管理，提高医疗服务质量和水平，从而推动公立医院健康可持续发展。
Abstract:
The reform of medical prices in public hospitals has had a significant impact on the operation of children's specialist hospitals. The proportion of medicines has decreased year by year， the income structure has changed， and the service efficiency has been continuously improved. However， compared with general hospitals， the development of children's specialist hospitals faces special difficulties. The reform did not achieve the expected goals. In this regard， we must rationalize the medical service price system， establish a scientific system of financial compensation mechanism， strengthen hospital cost accounting and management， improve the quality and level of medical services， and promote the healthy and sustainable development of public hospitals.
