摘要:
运用TAM模型的感知有用性和感知易用性两个决定因素和社会资本理论的结构、认知、关系三个维度，分析不同医院电子病历交换共享存在的阻碍，发现缺少一个标准的交换共享系统，且医院之间社会互动关系和共同愿景不强，从而造成他们之间关系维度微弱。对此，提出相应的对策建议，建立结构维度，形成认知维度，最终促成关系维度，从而提高医院之间的互联互通。
Abstract:
This paper used the two determinants of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of TAM model and the structure, cognition and relationship of social capital theory to analyze the obstacles of exchange and sharing of electronic medical records in different hospitals. It was found that without a standard exchange sharing system and poor social interactions and shared visions between hospitals resulted in a weak relationship between them. In this regard, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward that the structural and cognitive dimension should be established to promote the relationship dimension, thereby improving the interconnection between hospitals.
