摘要:
通过抽样调查，了解河南省乡村医生收入和社会保障情况，及其对未来收入的预期。结果显示，乡村医生收入较低，各类社会保障的覆盖范围和保障水平也较低，老无所养成为乡村医生最大的顾虑。建议探索“员额制”改革，对乡村医生实行分类管理，加大对乡村医生的政策、编制和财政的保障和倾斜力度，提升乡村医生的收入和社会保障水平，减轻其执业风险。
Abstract:
Through a sample survey，this paper understood the income and social security of rural doctors in Henan Province and their expectations for future income.The results showed that the income of rural doctors was low.The coverage and security level of various social security were also low.And the lack of support was the biggest concern of rural doctors. It is recommended to explore the “post system”reform，implement classified management of rural doctors，increase the preferential policies，preparation and financial security and inclination of rural doctors，improve the income and social security level of rural doctors，and reduce their practice risks.
