摘要:
以人为本的一体化卫生服务是我国下一步医改的重要方向。丹麦、英国、德国等一体化卫生服务案例已取得了一些成功的经验，对卫生服务体系、个人和家庭、医护人员和社区健康工作者、社区等方面产生了重要影响。基于此，我国应尽快推进以人为本的一体化卫生服务改革，转变治理方式，由政府引导纵向、横向整合。
Abstract:
People-oriented integrated health services are an important direction for China's next medical reform. Cases of integrated health services such as Denmark， the United Kingdom， and Germany have achieved some successful experiences， and have had a major impact on health service systems， individuals and families， health care workers， community health workers， and communities. Based on this， China should promote the reform of people-oriented integrated health services as soon as possible， change the way of governance， and guide the vertical and horizontal integration by the government.
