摘要:
目的：比较2018年版和2012年版《国家基本药物目录》，分析国家基本药物目录调整方向。方法：运用EXCEL和SPSS软件，从治疗分类、品种名称、剂型分布和使用限定等方面对两版目录进行对比分析。结果：新版国家基本药物目录调整包括调进调出、调整治疗分类、增加使用限制等，调入药品187种，调出22种，目录总品种数量由原来的520种增加到685种（其中，化学药品和生物制品417种、中成药268种）。结论：本次目录调整坚持基本药物“突出基本、防治必需、保障供应、优先使用、保证质量、降低负担”的功能定位，在提高基本药物层次、强化基本药物临床必需、保障儿童用药、加强临床用药管理规范等方面重点发力。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the 2018 edition and the 2012 edition of the National Essential Drugs List and analyze the adjustment of the national essential medicines catalogue. Methods The two editions of the catalogue were compared and analyzed from the aspects of treatment classification，variety name，dosage form distribution and use restriction. Results The new version of the national essential medicines list includes adjustments，treatment categories，and increased use restrictions. 187 kinds of medicines were transferred in and 22 kinds were transferred out. The total number of catalogues increased from 520 to 685 (of which，417 kinds of chemicals and biological products，268 kinds of proprietary Chinese medicines). Conclusion This catalogue adjustment adheres to the functional orientation of basic medicines. It is necessary to improve the basic drug level，strengthen the essential clinical drugs，ensure children's medication，and strengthen clinical practice with emphasis on drug management practices and other aspects.
