摘要:
当前，在县域医共体建设背景下，我国基层护理学科与人才队伍建设存在学科建设滞后，护理人才缺乏，激励机制不健全，护理服务认同感较低等问题。为此，要重新审视基层护理工作价值，创新体制机制，加强县域护理人才队伍建设，转变基层护理服务职能，构建连续性基层护理服务体系。
Abstract:
At present， under the background of county medical community construction， China's grassroots nursing disciplines and talent team construction have problems such as lagging discipline construction， lack of nursing talents， imperfect incentive mechanism， and low awareness of nursing services. To this end， it is necessary to re-examine the value of grassroots nursing work， innovate institutional mechanisms， strengthen the construction of county nursing talents， transform the functions of primary care services， and build a continuous primary care service system.
