目的：了解成都市医护人员对单病种付费制度的评价，为政策改进提供建议。方法：依据文献分析自制访谈问卷，调查医护人员对单病种付费制度的了解程度、执行现状、评价建议。结果：医务人员对单病种付费制度的了解非常有限，趋于被动；在诊治过程中主要以入院诊断为判断标准，极少选择单病种结算；病种范围狭窄，费用标准偏低，临床路径欠合理，退出机制尚不完善；实行单病种付费对控制医疗费用有一定作用，但给医生用药习惯、医疗质量及患者满意度带来了负面影响。结论：应采取与单病种付费制度相匹配的激励措施，探索更为科学的费用标准制定模式，增
Abstract:
Objective To understand the evaluation of the single-disease payment system of medical staff in Chengdu and provide suggestions for policy improvement. Methods According to the literature analysis，the self-made interview questionnaire was used to investigate the degree of understanding，implementation status and evaluation suggestions of the medical staff on the single disease payment system. Results The medical staff's understanding of the single-disease payment system was very limited and tended to be passive. In the process of diagnosis and treatment，the admission diagnosis was mainly used as the judgment standard，and the single disease type was rarely selected. The scope of the disease was narrow and the cost standard was low. The path was not reasonable，and the exit mechanism was not perfect；the implementation of single-disease payment has a certain effect on controlling medical expenses，but it has a negative impact on doctors' medication habits，medical quality and patient satisfaction. Conclusion Incentive measures matching the single-disease payment system should be adopted to explore a more scientific cost standard setting model，enhance the adaptability of the single-patient payment system，and establish a more explicit entry-exit mechanism.
