摘要:
目的：采用结构方程模型对医生信息系统使用习惯、工作特征、工作状态与工作满意度之间的关系进行实证研究。方法：通过对医生的问卷调查，结合理论研究，建立初始模型，经过模型的拟合修正，获得信息系统使用习惯、工作特征、工作状态与医生工作满意度的关系模型。结果：信息系统使用习惯对感知诊疗流程复杂性、感知诊疗流程刚性、角色超载有显著正向影响；工作特征各维度对工作状态各维度均有显著负向影响；感知诊疗流程复杂性对医生工作满意度有显著正向影响；系统使用习惯对医生知识吸收能力、创新产品采纳意向有显著正向影响；创新产品采纳意向对
Abstract:
Objective To empirically study the relationship among the use habits， job characteristics， work status and job satisfaction of doctor information systems using structural equation modeling. Methods Through the questionnaire survey of doctors， combined with theoretical research， the initial model was established. After the model was modified， the relationship model of information system usage habits， work characteristics， working status and doctor job satisfaction were obtained. Results The habits of information system have a significant positive impact on the complexity of the perceptual diagnosis and treatment process， the perception of the treatment process， and the role overload. All dimensions of the work characteristics have a significant negative impact on the working status. The complexity of the perceptual diagnosis and treatment process for doctors has a significant positive impact on doctors' job satisfaction； system use habits have a significant positive impact on doctors' knowledge absorption ability and innovative product adoption intentions； innovative product adoption intentions have a significant positive impact on doctors' job satisfaction. Conclusion Doctors should actively learn and use information systems； hospitals should actively promote information construction and strengthen information management； the government should improve relevant laws and regulations and establish a healthy medical information environment.
