摘要:
目的：基于SHA2011核算框架，从总量、筹资方案、机构流向、服务功能及人群费用分布等维度，核算2017年广东省恶性肿瘤治疗费用，为合理控制恶性肿瘤治疗费用提供依据。结果：2017年广东省恶性肿瘤治疗费用为134.35亿元，占广东省肿瘤疾病治疗总费用的45.54%，家庭卫生支出占比较高，45~49岁年龄组花费的治疗费用最多，机构流向以医院为主。结论：恶性肿瘤治疗费用个人负担较重，需优化筹资结构，密切关注重点人群、重点疾病，加强恶性肿瘤的预防。
Abstract:
Objective Based on the SHA2011 accounting framework,to calculate the cost of malignant tumor treatment in Guangdong Province in 2017 from the dimensions of total amount,financing plan,institutional flow,service function and population cost distribution,and to provide a basis for rational control of malignant tumor treatment costs. Results In 2017,the cost of treatment for malignant tumors in Guangdong Province was 13.435 billion yuan,accounting for 45.54% of the total cost of treatment for cancer diseases in Guangdong Province. Family health expenditures accounted for a relatively high proportion. The 45-49 age group spent the most treatment costs,mainly in hospitals. Conclusion The individual cost of treatment for malignant tumors was heavy. We need to optimize the fundraising structure,pay close attention to key populations and key diseases,and strengthen the prevention of malignant tumors.
