摘要:
健康精准扶贫作为一项政府行为，制度供给是重要的决定因素。针对目前我国在健康精准扶贫过程中存在的制度缺位、制度错位和制度无序的状况，提出建议：强化制度供给提高保障水平、增强精准意识提高保障效率、加强制度统筹形成政策合力、总结推广经验激励制度创新，提高健康精准扶贫制度供给的精准性和科学性。
Abstract:
As a government act， institutional supply is an important determinant for health precise poverty alleviation. In view of the current situation of system vacancies， system dislocations and disordered systems in the process of health precise poverty alleviation， suggestions are made to strengthen the system supply， improve the level of protection， enhance the sense of precision， improve the efficiency of protection， strengthen the system integration， form policy synergy， summarize and promote experience to encourage institutional innovation， improve the accuracy and scientificity of the supply of health precise poverty alleviation systems.
