摘要:
从财务管理内部控制出发，总结MIS-POS在医院出入院结算的实施现状，研究POS余款退回、逆结算的难点问题并提出解决方案，形成完整的MIS-POS闭环管理。在规范财务内控管理的基础上，为医院推行出入院的护士站结算、自助结算、线上结算等多元化结算提供参考。
Abstract:
Starting from the internal control of financial management， this paper summarizes the implementation status of MIS-POS in hospital settlement of discharge and admission， studies the problems of POS repayment and reverse settlement， and proposes solutions to form a complete MIS-POS closed-loop management. On the basis of standardizing financial internal control management， it provides reference for hospitals to implement diversified settlements such as nurse station settlement， self-checkout， and online settlement.
