摘要:
财务管理模式在医院集团化管理中发挥着重要作用，决定了医院集团的整体运营效益。目前医院集团化财务管理模式主要有集权式、松散式和相融式三种，结合北京市现状，提出不同医院集团化财务管理模式的政策建议。
Abstract:
The financial management model plays an important role in the group management of hospitals and determines the overall operational efficiency of the hospital group. At present， the group financial management mode of the hospital mainly includes three types: centralized， loose and melts-like. Combined with the status quo of Beijing， this paper proposed policy recommendations for different groups' financial management modes.
