摘要:
目的:使用映射法构建视功能相关生命质量量表NEI-VFQ-25到AQoL-7D效用值的转换模型。方法:将符合纳入标准的研究对象随机分成构建集和验证集,基于构建集,采用多种统计模型建立备选模型,并在验证集进行验证;通过预测效能指标选出最佳映射模型。结果:基于NEI-VFQ-25维度得分的稳健回归模型生成回归系数被选为最佳映射模型。结论:在本数据中,稳健回归预测效能较好,其转换模型可将我国眼科疾病患者的非偏好生命质量信息转换成效用值。
Abstract:
Objective To construct a transformation model of the visual function-related quality of life scale NEI-VFQ-25 to AQoL-7D utility value using the mapping method. Methods The subjects that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a construction set and a validation set. For the construction set, multiple statistical models were used to establish the candidate model And the model was validated in the validation set. The optimal mapping model was selected by predicting the performance indicators. Results The regression coefficients generated by the robust regression model based on the NEI-VFQ-25 dimension score were selected as the best mapping model. Conclusion In this study, the robust regression prediction is better, and the conversion model can use the value of non-preference quality of life information conversion in patients with ophthalmologic diseases in China.
