摘要:
利用文献查阅和现场调研,了解养护机构护理员供应不足的现状,并分析原因。调查表明,工作压力大、薪酬福利差、社会地位低、职业发展难等因素是导致养护机构护理员供应不足的主要原因。为此,要适度减轻护理员工作压力、大力提高护理员薪酬福利待遇,努力提升护理员社会地位、制定护理员职业发展规划。
Abstract:
This paper used literature review and on-site research to understand the current situation of inadequate supply of care workers in nursing institutions and analyzed the reasons. The survey showed that factors such as high work pressure,poor salary and benefits,low social status,and difficult career development were the main reasons for the shortage of nursing staff in the nursing institutions. To this end,it is necessary to moderately reduce the work pressure,vigorously improve the salary and welfare,strive to improve the social status,and develop a career development plan for nursing staff.
