摘要:
基于工作模块量化构建职能科室绩效体系,通过细分工作模块、为每个模块设置合理点值、科室修正系数、个人素质点值,计算个人综合点值,在此基础上计算出个人绩效金额。基于工作模块量化的职能科室绩效体系解决了职能科室工作难以量化的难题,打破了绩效平均主义,提高了职工工作效率,调动了工作积极性,为职能科室绩效体系构建提供了新思路。
Abstract:
Based on the work module quantification, the functional department performance system is constructed. By subdividing the work module, setting reasonable point value, department correction coefficient, and personal quality point value for each module, the individual comprehensive point value is calculated. The functional department performance system based on the quantification of the work module solves the problem that the functional department work is difficult to quantify, breaks the performance egalitarianism, improves the work efficiency of the staff, mobilizes the work enthusiasm, and provides a new idea for the functional department performance system.
