摘要:
以宁德市闽东医院血液透析管理中心为例，从人力资源管理、财务结算、医疗同质化管理、考核考评等方面，对其医联体专科联盟建设的改革措施及成效进行分析。结果显示：专科联盟建设提升了基层服务能力、推进了区域分级诊疗、社会效益和经济效益均取得明显成效。
Abstract:
Taking the hemodialysis management center of Ningde City Mindong Hospital as an example，the reform measures and effects of the construction of medical associations were analyzed，from the aspects of human resource management，financial settlement，medical homogenization management，assessment and evaluation. The results showed that the construction of the specialist alliance had improved the ability of grassroots service，promoted the regional grading diagnosis and treatment，and social benefits and economic benefits had achieved remarkable results.
