摘要:
对北京市及各城区老年居家医疗护理服务的供需现状及缺口情况进行分析。结果显示：北京市老年居家医疗护理服务需求旺盛，但城区之间服务供给不平衡，多数城区“供不应求”。应建立多元主体的服务提供与协调机制、“按需定供”的资源配置机制以及其他配套机制，促进老年居家医疗护理服务的供需平衡，增进老年人福祉。
Abstract:
This paper analyzed the supply and demand status and gaps of elderly home medical care services in urban areas of Beijing. The results showed that there was a strong demand for home-based medical care services for the elderly in Beijing，but the supply of services was uneven among urban areas，and most urban areas were in short supply. A multi-subject service provision and coordination mechanism，a resource allocation mechanism of "determining supply on demand"，and other supporting mechanisms should be established to promote the supply and demand balance of medical care services for the elderly at home and improve the well-being of the elderly.
