目的：比较国产MRI与进口MRI在配置、单价、功能、维修保养等方面的差异，为促进MRI的合理配置和有效使用提供依据。方法：采用方便抽样，抽取64家样本医疗机构，就MRI的配置及使用情况进行关键知情人访谈。结果：国产MRI在采购单价和维保便捷性方面具有优势，可以满足静态部位的检查需要，但在动态部位检查、扫描时间和图像质量等方面与进口MRI还存在差距。结论：通过积极的政策引导，对国产MRI加大研发投入、促进维保技术规范化、追求差异化发展、开展技术评估，实现MRI的合理配置。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the differences in configuration，unit price，function，maintenance，etc. between domestic MRI and imported MRI，and to provide a basis for promoting the reasonable configuration and effective use of MRI. Methods Using convenient sampling，64 sample medical institutions were selected，and key informants were interviewed on the configuration and use of MRI. Results Domestic MRI has advantages in terms of unit price and maintenance convenience，which can meet the inspection needs of static parts，but there are still gaps with imported MRI in terms of dynamic part inspection，scan time，and image quality. Conclusion Through active policy guidance，we should increase research and development investment in domestic MRI，promote the standardization of maintenance technology，pursue differentiated development，carry out technical evaluation，and achieve a reasonable configuration of MRI.
