目的:通过调查江苏省苏北地区农村定向医学人才的就业现状,分析现阶段苏北地区农村定向医学人才配置成效及存在的问题,探讨优化路径。方法:选取2014—2017年临床医学(订单定向)专业的525名毕业生为研究对象,采用问卷和访谈的形式,调查其基本信息、报考原因、工作现状、规培情况、继续教育等情况。结果:定向医学生培养政策实施以来,取得了一定成效,但人力资源短缺、队伍结构不合理、人才质量参差不齐等问题仍然存在,影响毕业生基层服务意愿的主要因素为薪酬待遇较低、基层设施匮乏、职业发展前景不佳等。结论:建议做好定向医学
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the employment status of order-oriented medical talents in the northern Jiangsu area of Jiangsu Province,analyze its effectiveness and existing problems of the allocation,and explore the optimization path. Methods A total of 525 graduates of clinical medicine (order-oriented) from 2014 to 2017 were selected as the research subjects. Questionnaires and interviews were conducted to investigate their basic information,reasons for registration,work status,regulatory status,and continuing education. Results This policy has achieved certain effects but problems such as shortage of human resources,irrational team structure,and uneven quality of talents still exist. The main factors affecting the willingness of graduates to serve at the grassroots level are low salaries,lack of basic facilities and poor career development prospects. Conclusion It is recommended to improve the policy promotion of order-oriented medical students,expand the scale of training of public health personnel,innovate the means of motivating talents,and open channels for talent mobility.
