摘要:
通过梳理1949年以来我国儿童医疗保障的发展历程，学习和借鉴国外做法和经验，结合我国儿童医疗保障现状和存在问题，提出建议：优化基本医保政策设计，通过家庭联保制定对儿童更为优惠的政策；整合慈善、救助等多方资源，提高儿童大病保障水平；加快儿科医生队伍建设，保证儿童用药安全，满足儿童基本用药需求。
Abstract:
By sorting out the development of children's medical security in China since the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949，learning from foreign practices and experiences，and combining the current situation and problems of child medical security in China，we put forward suggestions: optimize the design of basic medical insurance policies，formulate more favorable policies for children through family insurance，integrate multi-party resources such as charity and rescue to improve the level of protection for children with serious illnesses，accelerate the construction of the team of pediatricians to ensure the safety of children's medication and meet the children's basic medication needs.
