摘要:
全科医疗是英国医疗服务体系的基石，也是医疗改革的重要领域。英国近年在资金投入、人员稳定和招募、工作效率提升以及医疗服务模式整合等方面开展了医疗改革，对我国医改具有一定借鉴意义。具体包括：加大改革配套资金的支持力度，确保规划顺利实施；注重提升全科医疗服务体系的运作效率，增强可操作性；依托全科医生，积极探索整合医疗服务模式。
Abstract:
General practice is the cornerstone of the UK healthcare system and an important area of healthcare reform. In recent years，the United Kingdom has carried out medical reforms in terms of capital investment，staff stability and recruitment，improvement of work efficiency，and integration of medical service models，which has certain reference significance for China's medical reform. These include: increasing the support for reform supporting funds to ensure the smooth implementation of the plan；focusing on improving the operating efficiency and operability of the general medical service system；relying on general practitioners，actively exploring and integrating medical service models.
