摘要:
系统分析了现阶段医院物资管理存在的问题，如不够重视、购管用脱节、材料库字典目录编码混乱、科室二级库监管困难等，提出加大宣传、扩大物资信息化管理范围、破解物资管理信息孤岛、实施差异化管理、完善物资编码体系等建议，促进现代医院管理制度建设。
Abstract:
This paper systematically analyzed the existing problems of hospital material management，such as insufficient attention，disparity in purchasing and management，confused coding of material library dictionary directories，and difficulty in supervising the secondary library of departments. We should increase publicity，expand the scope of material information management，break material management information island，implement differentiated management，and improve the material coding system，etc.，to promote the construction of a modern hospital management system.
