摘要:
上海市整合型医疗卫生服务体系的信息化建设完成了联合诊疗、报告查询、远程教学等基础性支撑工作，通过打造绿色通道，实现分级诊疗。然而，医疗信息化整合建设仍存在条线过多、机构协作障碍、硬件设备隐患、数据挖掘与利用不足等问题。对此，应通过整合信息系统，优化协作机制；实现数据共享，满足健康需求；强化信息支撑，建立长效机制。
Abstract:
The information construction of the integrated medical and health service system in Shanghai has realized the basic support work of joint diagnosis and treatment，report inquiry，distance education，etc. By creating a green channel to improve the graded diagnosis and treatment，and has taken the lead in realizing the data integration of the whole city in the whole country.However，there are still many problems in the construction of medical information integration in China，such as too many lines，obstacles to institutional collaboration，hidden dangers of hardware equipment，insufficient data mining and utilization，etc.This paper suggests that we should integrate information system，optimize cooperation mechanism，realize data sharing，meet health needs，strengthen information support and establish long-term mechanism to solve these problems.
