摘要:

个人大病求助平台是实现基本医疗保障的补充渠道之一，与此同时，一些平台也存在求助人诈捐、骗捐不诚信，筹款平台关系方不尽责、不协同，以及国家监管治理不到位等问题，极大地透支了公众的爱心和善良。为此，国家应尽快出台规范个人大病求助平台的制度，强化对平台的“多元”治理，压实平台的主体责任，紧紧抓住善款直划医院这个“牛鼻子”。

Abstract:

The help platform for individual serious disease is one of the supplementary channels to realize basic medical security. At the same time, some platforms also have problems such as deceitful donation, fraudulent and dishonest donations, the fundraising platform parties are not responsible and cooperative, and inadequate national regulatory governance, and so on. These are greatly overdrawn the public's love and kindness. So the government should introduce a system to regulate the individual serious illness help platform as soon as possible, strengthen the "multiple" governance, compact the main responsibility, and hold on the funds should direct transfer to the hospital.
