摘要:
目的： 探究某市健康扶贫救治对象就诊行为及医疗费用情况，为完善健康扶贫政策提供参考。方法：采用均数、频数和构成比等描述救治对象就诊情况、医疗费用，采用卡方检验分析就诊行为，采用多元逐步回归分析医疗费用影响因素。结果：健康扶贫救治对象前十位疾病以慢性病为主，患者就诊行为基本符合健康扶贫政策要求，治疗费用与治疗机构属地、治疗机构类别、门诊/住院、治疗方式、治疗效果有显著相关关系（P＜0.05）。结论： 健康扶贫政策在引导就医和减轻患者医疗费用负担方面作用明显，但需进一步关注慢性病贫困患者，加强大病患者医疗保障
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the treatment behaviors and medical expenses of health poverty alleviation treatment objects in a city，and provide references for improving the health poverty alleviation policy. Methods Means，frequencies and composition ratios were used to describe the medical treatment and expenses of subjects. Chi-square test and optimal scale regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of medical expenses. Results The top ten diseases for the health poverty alleviation treatment subjects are mainly chronic diseases. The patient's treatment behaviors basically meet the requirements of the health poverty alleviation policy. The cost of treatment is significantly related to the location of treatment institution，types of treatment institutions，outpatient / inpatient，treatment methods，and treatment effect （P <0.05）. Conclusion The health poverty alleviation policy plays a significant role in guiding medical treatment and reducing the burden of patients' medical expenses. However，it is necessary to pay more attention to the poor patients with chronic diseases，strengthen the construction of medical security mechanisms for patients with serious diseases，improve the outpatient services and rehabilitation functions of primary medical institutions，and improve the accuracy of the health poverty alleviation policy.
