摘要:
目的：分析机构护理服务需求与供应之间的矛盾及其成因，有针对性地提出对策建议。方法：利用访谈法、问卷调查法和现场观察法，了解上饶市失能人员机构护理服务供需现状及存在的主要问题。结果：上饶市失能人员机构护理服务供需矛盾突出，市场供需严重脱节，无法满足失能人员对机构护理服务的迫切需求。结论：增加护理机构市场供应、提升护理机构服务能力和服务水平、改善护理人员待遇，同时加强监督管理。只有通过量、质齐驱的方式，才能较好地满足失能人员对机构护理服务的迫切需求。
Abstract:
Objective It analyzes the contradiction between the demand and supply of nursing services in institutions and its causes,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Methods The methods of interview,questionnaire and on-the-spot observation were used to understand the supply and demand situation and main problems of institutional care services for disabled persons in Shangrao city.Results The contradiction between supply and demand of institutional nursing services for disabled persons in Shangrao is prominent,and the market supply and demand is seriously out of line，which cannot meet the urgent demand of disabled persons for institutional care services.Conclusion The author supposes that the relevant departments should increase the market supply of nursing institutions,improve the service capacity and service level of nursing institutions,improve the treatment of nursing staff,and strengthen supervision and management at the same time.Only through the way of quantity and quality,the institution can better meet the urgent needs of the disabled for institutional care services.
