摘要:
目的：通过对四川省中医医疗服务项目价格改革的现状分析，为中医药事业的传承及发展提供参考。方法：文献分析和描述性分析相结合，进行信息归纳和数据分析。结果：四川省现行医疗服务项目共4 432项，其中中医医疗服务项目仅140项；以三甲医院为例，74.28%的中医医疗服务项目价格低于100元；三轮价格调整幅度大体保持在17%～22%；中医医疗服务高技术与高风险项目占比较低。结论：四川省中医医疗服务项目数量较少，价格总体偏低，技术难度与风险程度分值不高，但价格调整稳步推进，符合各方预期。
Abstract:
Objective Analysis on the situation of price reform of TCM medical service projects in Sichuan Province,and provides a reference for the inheritance and development of TCM.Methods Literature analysis and descriptive analysis are combined to information induction and data analysis.Results There are 4432 medical service items in Sichuan Province，and there are only 140 TCM medical service items.Take grade A hospital as an example,the price of 74.28% of TCM medical service items is less than 100 yuan;the three rounds of price adjustments are generally maintained at 17%-22%;and the proportion of high technology and high risk items of TCM medical services is relatively low.The number of TCM medical service items in Sichuan Province is relatively small. Conclusion The number of TCM medical service projects is relatively small in Sichuan,the overall price is generally low,and the scores of technical difficulty and risk degree are not high,but the price adjustment is advancing steadily，which is in line with expectations of all parties.
