摘要:
目的：构建整合型健康服务绩效指数评价体系，并进行实证研究。方法：运用德尔菲法，并参考国内外相关文献，从结构、过程、结果3个维度，构建整合型健康服务绩效指数评价体系，并以宁波市为例进行实证评价与分析。结果：构建了以结构指数、过程指数、结果指数为“度”，包含9个大类51个指标为“级”的整合型健康服务绩效指数评价体系，实证评价结果显示，宁波市2015—2019年整合型健康服务绩效指数逐年提高，与实际情况基本相符。结论：整合型健康服务绩效指数评价体系是一种科学有效的绩效量化管理工具，值得推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To build an integrated health service performance index evaluation system, and conduct empirical research.Methods Using the Delphi method and referring related domestic and foreign literatures,establishing an integrated health service performance index evaluation system from the three dimensions of structure, process and results,and taking Ningbo City as an example for empirical evaluation and analysis. Results Constructed an integrated health service performance index evaluation system,make the structure index, process index, and result index as "degree",and including 9 categories and 51 indicators as "level". The empirical evaluation results show that the integrated health service performance index has increased year by year in Ningbo City from 2015 to 2019,which is consistent with the actual situation.Conclusion The integrated health service performance index evaluation system is a scientific,effective and quantitative performance management tool,which is worthy of popularization and application.
