摘要:
目前全国新冠肺炎疫情防控进入常态化，老年人是疫情防控和健康管理的重点人群，应聚焦其多维度健康影响因素，将医疗服务与公共卫生服务相结合，推动单纯慢性病防控模式向慢性病和疫病并重防控模式转变。基于此，提出常态化疫情防控下的老年人健康管理策略：从科学体检入手，建立良好的生活方式；利用信息化手段，推进“智慧养老”、社区养老服务。
Abstract:
At present, the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic situation in the whole country has entered the normalization,and the elderly are the key group of epidemic prevention,control and health management.It's necessary to focus on their multi-dimensional health influencing factors,combine medical services with public health services,and promote from the simple mode in chronic diseases prevention and control to the mixed mode in both chronic and epidemic diseases prevention and control.Based on this,this paper puts forward the health management strategy of the elderly under the prevention and control of normal epidemic situation: starting with scientific physical examination,establishing a good lifestyle;making use of information technology,promoting "smart pension",community nursing service.
