摘要:
采用内容分析法，梳理我国“互联网+护理服务”6个试点地区的相关政策，分析政策的出台部门、目标、提供主体、服务对象、服务项目、价格机制等具体内容。在对比各地政策设计异同的基础上，提出完善“互联网+护理服务”政策的建议：覆盖重点人群，逐步扩大试点范围；制定合理的价格机制；建立分工协作体系；以需求为导向，促进服务项目规范化、标准化；加强风险防范；加大宣传力度。
Abstract:
By using the method of content analysis, this paper combs the relevant policies of the six pilot areas of "Internet + Nursing service" in China, and analyzes the policy containing: department that issued the policy, objectives, provider subjects, service objects, service items, price mechanism and so on. On the basis of comparing the similarities and differences of policy design in different places, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the policy of "Internet + Nursing service"：Cover key groups, gradually expand the pilot scope, fashion a reasonable price mechanism, establish division of labor and cooperation system, promote the normalization and standardization of service items as demand-oriented, strengthen risk prevention, enhance propaganda.
