摘要:
聚焦目前我国二级公立医院绩效考核存在的问题,分析其成因,提出优化措施:进一步完善医疗质量相关考核指标;加入信息化考核指标;加大对收支结构合理性的考核力度;重视持续发展考核指标;加强对满意度指标的考核;同时,建立健全相应的保障制度。
Abstract:
Focusing on the problems existing in the performance appraisal of secondary public hospitals in China,the paper analyzes the causes and proposes the optimization measures:further improve the relevant appraisal indicators of medical quality;add informatization appraisal index;strengthen the appraisal of the rationality of income and expenditure structure;pay attention to sustainable development appraisal indicators;strengthen the appraisal of satisfaction index;at the same time,establish and improve the corresponding safeguard system.
