兰溪市在县域医共体建设中紧紧抓住全员岗位管理这一改革“牛鼻子”,打破医务人员身份壁垒,从“身份管理”向“岗位管理”转变、从“单一人才”向“复合型人才”转变、从“边界模糊”向“责任明确”转变、从“能上不能下”向“能上能下”转变、从“单向流动”向“双向交流”转变,从而实现了县域卫生人力资源的共享和优势互补。
Abstract:
Lanxi City firmly grasps reform of full post management as the most important part in construction of country-level medical alliance, and breaks down the identity barrier of medical staff, from "identity management" to "position management",from "single talent" to "compound talent", from "fuzzy boundary" to "clear responsibility",from "accept higher position, not accept lower position" to "accept higher and lower position", from "one-way flow" to "two-way communication".Thus,the sharing and complementary advantages of health human resource at the county-level are realized.
