摘要:
基于2014年中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查数据，实证分析相关因素对中国失能老人选择照护模式的影响。结果显示，中国失能老人选择非正式照护较多，养老院照护和家政服务利用率较低。低龄、夫妻分离、城镇、重度失能、少子、子女距离较远、社区照护体系完善的失能老人对正式照护的利用率更高；非正式照护对家政服务有较强替代作用。建议在医养结合的基础上，建立“家庭养老院”，实现非正式照护与正式照护的整合，推进健康老龄化。
Abstract:
Based on the follow-up survey data of the Chinese elderly health factors in 2014,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of related factors on the care mode choice for the disabled elderly in China.The results show that the disabled elderly in China choose more informal care, and the utilization rate of nursing home care and domestic service is lower.The disabled elderly with young age,separation of husband and wife, cities and towns, severe disability,low birth rate, long distance with children,and perfect community care system have a higher utilization rate of formal care; informal care has a strong substitute for domestic service.It is suggested that a "family nursing home" should be established to realize the integration of informal care and formal care,and promote healthy aging on the basis of the combination of medical care and nursing care.
