摘要:
梳理我国部分地区处方流转的主要实践做法，剖析各种模式的优势与障碍。结果显示，我国处方流转主要模式有专业药房模式、政府自建区域共享平台模式、政企合建区域处方共享平台模式、第三方处方共享平台模式、单体医院处方共享平台模式，不同模式各有优势，在平台建设、药品供应、用药安全方面也存在不同的问题，处方流转的效率有待观察。
Abstract:
Sort out the main practice of prescription circulation in some areas of our country, and analyze the advantages and obstacles of various modes. The results show that the main modes of prescription circulation in China are professional pharmacy mode, government self-built regional prescription sharing platform mode, government-enterprise joint regional prescription sharing platform mode, third-party prescription sharing platform mode and single hospital prescription sharing platform mode, and different modes have their own advantages，and there are different problems in platform construction, drug supply and drug safety, and the efficiency of prescription circulation remains to be observed.
