摘要:
本文基于疾病-贫困的作用机理，梳理A省健康扶贫政策的实施效果，提出通过革新健康扶贫理念、增加健康扶贫政策的普惠性、强化医疗信息的共建共享等措施，缓解健康扶贫政策的实施困境，实现健康扶贫的“真扶贫、稳脱贫”，促进健康扶贫政策的可持续发展。
Abstract:
Based on the mechanism of disease-poverty，this paper combs the implementation effect of health poverty alleviation policy in A province，and puts forward some measures，such as innovating the concept of health poverty alleviation，increasing the universality of health poverty alleviation policy，strengthening the co-construction and sharing of medical information and so on to alleviate the predicament of the implementation of health poverty alleviation policies，achieve "true poverty alleviation and stable poverty alleviation"，and promote the sustainable development of health poverty alleviation policies.
