摘要:
在系统综述日本、韩国、澳大利亚、加拿大四国高值医用耗材医保准入、价格形成、医保支付的基础上，重点分析我国高值医用耗材集中采购和带量采购实践路径，提出健全医保目录和编码标准化体系、建立医保分类准入路径和标准、建立以功能属性为基础的价格形成机制三条治理路径，以期为我国制定高值医用耗材医保准入与支付政策提供参考。
