摘要:
城市定制型补充医疗保险是我国各地在建立健全多层次医疗保障体系过程中的积极探索和有益尝试。当前，我国定制型医保发展迅速，但一定程度上还存在竞争失序、定价粗放、衔接不畅、宣传偏差等问题。主管部门与各地政府应健全定制型医保的监督管理制度，规范竞争与发展环境，合理设置保险责任，科学厘定保险费率，实事求是进行产品宣传，确保定制型医保项目的持续稳定运行，更好地满足广大参保群众不同层次的医疗保障需求。
Abstract:
At present,customized medical insurance is developing rapidly in China,but to a certain extent,there are still some problems,such as disorderly competition,extensive pricing,poor connection,propaganda deviation and so on.Therefore,the competent departments and local governments should improve the supervision and management system of customized medical insurance,standardize the environment for competition and development,reasonably set insurance liabilities,scientifically determine insurance rates,and conduct product promotion by seeking truth from facts,and better meet the medical security needs of the broad insured people at different levels.
