摘要:
目的：探究在人力资源供需视角下公立医院的学科建设路径。方法：使用文献研究法，收集样本医院招聘和聘用相关信息，利用描述性统计、聚类分析法分析数据，对学科进行合理分类，通过知情人访谈法了解学科详细情况。结果：2014—2019年，样本医院人力资源供需数量呈先逐步降低后略有回升的趋势，供需比值在0.4～0.6，总体供需平衡性较差；医院学科基本可分为低需少供型、低需低供型、高需低供型、高需高供型四类。结论：医院应积极推进人力资源供给侧改革，精准制定学科发展战略，大力完善学科建设配套措施。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the discipline construction path of public hospitals from the perspective of human resources supply and demand.Methods Literature research method was used to collect relevant information of recruitment and employment in sample hospitals，data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and cluster analysis，disciplines were classified reasonably and learn the details of the disciplines by key person interview.Results From 2014 to 2019，the supply and demand of human resources in sample hospitals decreased gradually and then increased slightly，the ratio of supply and demand was 0.4~0.6，and the overall balance between supply and demand was poor. Hospital disciplines can be divided into four types，including low demand and low supply，low demand and low supply，high demand and low supply，and high demand and high supply.Conclusion The hospital should actively promote the supply-side reform of human resources，formulate the discipline development strategy accurately， and vigorously improve the supporting measures of discipline construction.
